top 3 inconvenient things about my life post-op
1) Brace all the time, can't bend my leg more than 15 degrees without the horrible tightness and pulling sensation. I'm on a machine 5 hours a day that bends it for me (I've made it all the way to 80 degrees today!) but over 55 degrees it is uncomfortable and very tight.

2) Can't leave the house (except for physical therapy), certainly can't drive. Stuck.

3) CAN'T COOK FOR MYSELF AHHH THIS IS THE WORSTEST. Living in Noho I really got used to cooking for myself, to making things I liked and feeling pretty good about it. I ate an avocado literally every day (hands down my fav food right now, HANDS DOWN), and ate tons of garlic (YUM), cheeses, salads, pasta, eggs, made my own pizza (with avocado of courseee), mac & cheese (also with avocado, seriously the best), ground beef only from the farmer's market, yoghurt with honey and aguave syrup, hemp granola, and other tasty stuff. But here I can't do anything! The things my lovely mother makes me taste good but (if they're my own recipe) slightly off, and I can't shop for myself, and my choices are very limited... ugh never thought I'd miss being in the kitchen so much, but I really do. I loved making food in Noho!

In other news, I'm reading a lot and keeping up with my TV shows. I just finished Tina Fey's book Bossypants, which made me love her even more. I still miss Merlin. I wish my Elementary links were working.
